The New Testament writers made clear that Christian converts were to strengthen one another, and build on the faith of the believers Hebrews 3:13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Jude 1:20 But you, beloved, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit

Pastor Craig A. Brown is the founder, senior pastor, and chief servant of Victory Station Ministries. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Pastor Craig surrendered his life to Christ at age 15 during a powerful summer camp encounter that marked the beginning of a lifelong journey of transformation and purpose.
In his early years, Pastor Craig co-founded the Christian rap group True Soldiers, which recorded under Tyscot Records and toured nationally with gospel great John P. Kee and the New Life Community Choir. His music ministry opened doors to perform on BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel and share stages with both Christian and secular artists.
Pastor Craig earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University, where he also received the call to preach. After a brief season of running from his calling, he recommitted his life to Christ, launched a campus ministry called Ambassadors for Christ, and began traveling on mission trips to share the Gospel. He went on to serve faithfully as a youth pastor and associate pastor, and in 2001 helped plant New Wineskin Ministries International.
He completed his master’s degree in Finance from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating summa cum laude, and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry (DMin) at Liberty University’s College of Divinity.
In addition to his ministry leadership, Pastor Craig has worked as a biopharmaceutical commercial executive and global leader for nearly three decades, impacting both U.S. and international markets. He brings a keen analytical mind and a powerful gift of communication that enables him to minister effectively to diverse audiences—from highly educated professionals to those with limited formal education.
Pastor Craig is also a celebrated conference speaker and published author. His debut book, Starting Over: Finding the Faith to Begin Again After Life Punches You in the GUT!, has been widely esteemed for its honest and hope-filled message. In this powerful work, Pastor Craig explores how to regain faith and strength after experiencing some of life’s hardest blows—what he calls “life-altering events.” Drawing from the lives of four biblical figures—Job, Ruth, the Samaritan woman at the well, and Mary Magdalene—Pastor Craig helps readers see that these ancient heroes faced many of the same struggles we do today. Their stories of restoration and renewal inspire readers to begin their own journey of healing and victory. The book also courageously addresses real-world issues such as divorce, betrayal, molestation, church hurt, and even rebuilding your professional reputation after career failure. Pastor Craig is deeply passionate about leading people into a real and life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. His mission is clear: to help men and women discover their God-given purpose and lead as many souls to Christ as possible before the return of our Lord.
The anointed first lady of Victory Station ministries is Dr. Toni Brown. She was born in the southern Arkansas town of Monticello. She is the youngest of three children of Great Depression era parents who taught her the importance of honoring and loving God, focusing on higher education and embracing the power of entrepreneurship.
Dr. Toni professed a saving faith in Christ at the tender age of 10 years old. She was extremely active in her church had held positions such as Sunday School secretary and pianist as well as a member of the youth choir.
She is a proud 1993 graduate of the University of AR at Pine Bluff where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. She also holds an MBA with an emphasis Marketing as well as a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
She was also active in the pageant circuit for years and held titles such as Ms. Black Teen Pride of Arkansas and Ms. University of AR Pine Bluff where she wooed audiences with her classical piano renditions as her talent. During her tenure in college, she also held titles that included, Ms. Freshman, Ms. Cover Girl, and Ms. Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc. Toni was also an active member of the Marching Musical Machines of the Mid-South, where she was a Golden Girl and Featured Twirler during Football session and a trumpet and French horn player during Concert season. Dr. Toni took her dance skills and used it to exalt the Lord by joining the praise dance ministry at her church in Kansas City, MO.
She has a passion for giving back to her community, so in addition to her day job, she moonlights as the Founder and CEO of the A. Patrice Group LLC. This company houses her Leadership Consulting Firm. The goal of her leadership firm is to continue the cadence of her doctoral learnings by empowering churches and organizations to train their leaders on the power of emotional intelligence and successfully developing, motivating and cultivating their personnel. Most recently, Dr. Toni co-led a program entitled Entrepreneurial Excellence. This program was designed to provide a Christian based support ecosystem for new, aspiring and current entrepreneurs where they can develop and grow businesses and non-profit organizations in support of the kingdom. The fellows went through a rigorous 10-month program that infuses not only the practical needs of a business owner, but also all focuses on connecting Sunday’s praise to Monday’s work (Faith, Work, and Economics concept).
Dr. Toni has been working in Biotech Industry since 1997 and she currently serves as the Director of Field Medical Training. She is also a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of TX as well as an Adjunct Professor at Collin College in Frisco, TX.
Dr Toni is a servant leader and has a genuine heart for people. She is passionate about empowering others and helping them to find and walk in their God given purpose. Her focus is to lead people to Christ no matter their socio or economic status. She believes we have all fallen short of the Glory of God but we cannot allow our past to dictate our future. God loves us in spite of our shortcomings.
