ROOTED IN FAITH
Born in Monticello, Arkansas, Dr. Toni Brown is the youngest of three children of Great Depression era parents who instilled in her the importance of honoring and loving God, pursuing higher education, and embracing entrepreneurship.
She professed a saving faith in Christ at the age of 10 and has been actively serving in the church ever since—serving as Sunday School Secretary, pianist, and youth choir member.
EDUCATED TO EMPOWER
Dr. Toni is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a B.S. in Biology. She also holds an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Her academic journey has equipped her to lead with excellence in the marketplace and the ministry.
A LIFE OF EXCELLENCE
Dr. Toni was a standout in academics, leadership, music, and the arts. She held prestigious titles including Ms. Black Teen Pride of Arkansas and Ms. University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she captivated audiences with her classical piano talent. She also earned honors such as Ms. Freshman, Ms. Cover Girl, and Ms. Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc. She was a member of the Marching Musical Machines of the Mid-South as a Golden Girl, Featured Twirler, and musician. Dr. Toni now uses her dance gifts to exalt the Lord through praise dance ministry.
ENTREPRENEUR & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPER
With a passion for giving back, Dr. Toni is the Founder and CEO of A. Patrice Group LLC, a leadership consulting firm focused on equipping churches and organizations through training in emotional intelligence, leadership development, and team cultivation.
She co-led the Entrepreneurial Excellence program—an innovative, Christian-based ecosystem for entrepreneurs to grow businesses and nonprofits for Kingdom impact. This 10-month program connects Sunday’s praise to Monday’s work through the Faith, Work, and Economics concept.
PROFESSIONAL & ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS
Dr. Toni has been in the biotech industry since 1997 and currently serves as Director of Field Medical Training.
She is also a licensed Real Estate agent in Texas and an Adjunct Professor at Collin College in Frisco, TX.
